Owner and Master Chef Zino Souikni, who trained at Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Institute, spent two decades refining his culinary skills at several restaurants in Europe before working as an Executive Chef at the world renowned Venetian and Bellagio hotels in Las Vegas. Coming from a family of five chefs, Zino naturally took to cooking at a very young age. He cultivated a strong appreciation for only the freshest and finest ingredients while growing up in the heart of Athens with its fisherman wharfs and farmers markets. This appreciation becomes quite evident when you smell, taste and experience the made from scratch dishes on the menu at Zino's Greek and Mediterranean Cuisine.
