If your lot is limited in size and your finances allow only a modest investment at this time,” says BIC President Antonio Cervantes, “we will make that home ‘special’ for you…one that you can be proud of owning.”
It is about being able to communicate with your designer/builder and about locating a company that is passionate about delivering the quality and style that you expect. It always pays to have a face-to-face conversation with the designer/builder to determine if your questions are actually leading him to the results you are seeking. Always contact owners of homes built by your contractor to ensure in-process attention to detail and followup on promises and warranty work. BIC offers a computer program that makes it easy for the buyer to track construction status, costs and warranty work.
The exterior of the feature home by BIC includes stamped and colored concrete in the drive and walkways. The half-hexagonal porch, entry doorframe and the garage doorway received accents of cultured stone that give the exterior a subtle, but definable character. The color of the 30-year shingle roof blends well with the rockwork and earth tone stucco.
The cultured stone fireplace in the living room adds a significant element of appeal and is surrounded by built-in knick-knack shelving that allows you to personalize the room. Under-shelf lighting focuses attention to your special collectables. A breakfast nook occupies a bay-window setting and the fireplace mantle is wired for television.
The small formal dining room shows the potential for delivering a powerful personal statement. The area is set off by bold columns, floor-tile patterns and wall/ceiling color schemes. Arched furdowns and hallway nichos contribute significantly to the effect.
A delightful countertop in the kitchen extends into a curved breakfast bar, accompanied by a curved overhead furdown. Custom cabinetry is standard in all BIC homes and can be designed to fit the needs of the buyer.
Carpeting and wall color schemes give the master bedroom a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The totally tiled shower and Jacuzzi tub areas in the master bath, including the arched ceilings, create a stroke of distinction where the occupants would focus on personal needs. If bathrooms are an important feature for you, this one will definitely grab your attention. /// |
