SABROSO - ETHNIC CUISINE
West Texas and Southern New Mexico have a significant amount of their population made-up from a variety of different cultures. Often brought in to the region by military assignments or the two major universities, these varied cultures also brought along their unique tastes and flavorful cuisines. For the purpose of clarity we have separated Asian, Mexican and Italian cuisines into their own categories. This leaves our ethnic food category to cover restaurants featuring menus with the international gusto of the Middle East, Greece, East India, South America and other tastes not traditionally found in within our region. |
